Civil Discourse in Action: A Health Care Reform Dialogue

- Do you think Americans have lost the art of civil discourse and the ability to engage in polite political conversation? - Do you live in Washington’s 8th Congressional District?* If you answered yes to these questions, the League of Women Voters of Seattle-King County invites you to participate in a grassroots experiment. We’re bringing together a group of residents with different political, religious, ethnic and cultural perspectives to have an informed discussion about healthcare reform. The League will share your views and ideas with your Congressional representatives, and hopefully find some common ground along the way. Light buffet to be provided.
