    About Us

    Mama Be Strong™ is an upbeat strength and conditioning workout for pre- and postnatal mothers every Monday/Wednesday at 9:30 AM at Centennial Fields Park in Snoqualmie. We seek to provide an outlet for mothers to practice self-care through exercise and find the support they need to navigate the sometimes chaotic waters of motherhood. In addition to fitness classes, we hold free, regular weekly playdates and meet-ups with our kids, and monthly moms-only meet-ups to connect and build relationships.
