About Us

Joy Accounting Services was founded in 2015 by Terra and Nate Joy. Terra brings 10+ years of prior Construction Accounting experience, covering the gamut of accounting positions from Accounts Payable to Controller. Nate brings 10+ years of experience working with businesses all over the Puget Sound on process improvement, project management, and business analysis.

We create business plans for small businesses geared towards maximizing efficiency and profit, and partner with them to accomplish their goals. At our core we handle their operational accounting, providing top-level service without requiring our clients to have full-time accounting staff. We do everything remotely and utilize QuickBooks Online and a suite of apps to create a paperless experience for our clients.
