DESCRIPTION:Bread Yum! Carbs Eh\, who cares?! In this class we'll learn from Guest Chef\, Jordan Clark\, how to make beautiful\, delicious\, naturally leavened sourdough loaves\, starting with making and maintaining your own sourdough starter and finishing with the perfect bake. We'll cover how to adapt your recipe to find your own signature sourdough\, covering variations on ingredients and how to adjust your master recipe when using different types of flours. Each student will mix and shape their own loaves and receive a proofing basket to carry their loaves home in to bake. Additionally\, you'll go home with a starter you'll be able to use for as long as you care for it. Unlimited sourdough\, hooray!\n\n \n\nHeirloom Guest Chef\, Jordan Clark\, is originally from the Northwest and is a life-long baker and has honed his professional skills at Seattle bakeries. In October 2018 he started his own bagel bakery Beep Boop Bagel. When not baking he enjoys throwing a ball for his dog Cosmo\, trekking through mountain trails or\, more likely\, sleeping
