Opa!  Dreaming of whitewashed villages, sunshine, azure blue oceans and amazing, savory foods?  We are too, let’s escape to Greece together!  But wait, you can’t get away on a long vacation?  Yeah, neither can we – so let’s get creative and transport ourselves through cooking!

• Herby Greek bulgur salad w/ sorrel and preserved lemon vinaigrette
• Roasted leg of lamb w/charred lemons, fresh herbs and sweet & sour charred onions
• Caramelized fennel skordalia
• Baklava frozen yogurt
