Need to get whipped into pie making shape?! Or, just want to learn how to make a pie to impress yourself and your friends?! This bootcamp is for you! Pastry Chef, Marianna Stepniewski will teach you the basics to whip any pie up. There is no question that pie-making is a labor of love. In this four and a half intensive workshop each student will make a pie from scratch beginning to end. Limited to ten students we will be using our favorite autumn flavors. Triple Ginger Apple Pie with Lattice Crust, Bourbon Pecan Pie and Cardamom Lime Pumpkin & Sweet Potato Pie with Coconut Streusel. Each student will go home with their very own pie to share (or not!). A light lunch will be served. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PIE PLATE!
