Just north of the Valley, rainfall collected in the Tolt Watershed supplies about 30% of the drinking
water for 1.3 million people in the Seattle area.
Snoqualmie Valley has a mild climate with moderate temperatures throughout its four seasons. The average
daily high is 59.7 degrees with an average daily low of 40.9. We receive an average snowfall of 11.5 inches,
however any snow quickly melts due to our moderate temperatures. The Valley receives an annual average rainfall
of 61.25 inches and is subject to flooding in some areas. Metro
King County reports historic and current flooding conditions of the Snoqualmie and Raging Rivers.
