    • About

The City of Snoqualmie is approximately 25 miles and a half-hour drive from Seattle and eastside cities. The biggest attraction in town is Snoqualmie Falls, a world-renown waterfall that cascades 268 feet over granite cliffs.

Snoqualmie has many one-of-a-kind attractions you won't find anywhere else including the Northwest Railway Museum, Historic Downtown Snoqualmie, Snoqualmie Ridge, unique shops, and more than 35 restaurants for all tastes. The Snoqualmie Valley Train season runs through October with rural train excursions from the Historic Snoqualmie Depot to North Bend. While at the Depot, cross the street to Railroad Park and the Centennial Log exhibit.

Outdoor recreation and sight-seeing is abundant. Meander along the Snoqualmie River at Sandy Cove Park, enjoy 540 acres of open space at Meadowbrook Farm or 20 acres at the Three Forks Off-Leash Dog Park. Snoqualmie has more than 30 miles of trails ranging from short, easy hikes to more challenging trails that connect to regional trails such as the Snoqualmie Valley Trail and the Preston-Snoqualmie Trail. The city also has more than 35 parks, including Snoqualmie Point Park offering a breathtaking view of the Cascades.
