SnoValley Star is published by Issaquah Press Inc., a newspaper group in east King County, Washington, serving communities near the Interstate 90 corridor.
The first issue of the Star was published March 6, 2008. It is a free-distribution paper, mailed to 11,500 homes and businesses in North Bend and Snoqualmie. Papers are also available at key pick-up spots in the two cities.
Issaquah Press Inc. also publishes The Issaquah Press, a weekly founded in 1900; Sammamish Review, a weekly founded in 1992; and Newcastle News, a monthly founded in 1999. All are free distribution or voluntary-pay papers.
All four newspapers are currently headquartered in Issaquah. Each newspaper has its own editorial team of professional journalists but shares advertising and administrative staff. The papers are printed at Rotary Offset Press in Kent.
Issaquah Press Inc. is an affiliate of the Seattle Times Company.
