Jim also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Washington as well as a current certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. In the past Jim has held designations as a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist and Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant.
