Your kids might think they’re ready to stay home alone, but maybe you have your doubts. This three-hour class will help kids ages 9-13 prepare for that next step in independence while easing parents’ peace of mind. In this course, kids will learn about: Responsibilities of being alone First Aid, choking safety, and fire safety Information on abuse, abduction, and “Stranger Danger” Online safety and other safety tips All participants will receive a copy of the Safe Kids 101 book to take home. Please bring a snack and a pen or pencil!
