Cutler Investment Group is a Registered Investment Advisory with offices in Bellevue, Seattle, and Southern Oregon. Cutler clients are wide-ranging, from high net worth individuals, foundations, endowments, and 401(k) plans. Cutler also serves as Advisor to the Cutler Trust, a family of mutual funds. Erich Patten has served as the Chief Investment Officer since 2014, overseeing nearly $800 million of client assets. Prior to that, Erich was a Co-Portfolio Manager for the firm's equity strategies, which include both a domestic and emerging markets' focus. He is responsible for formulating Cutler's economic forecasts and market evaluations. His previous comments have been printed in the Wall Street Journal and Barron's, and he has also appeared on TheStreet.com.
 
Erich is very active in the community, and has been a member of the Bellevue Rotary Club since 2014. He sings in the Queen Anne Lutheran Church choir, and can be found in the springtime coaching the oldest of his three children on the softball fields of the Bellevue West Little League.
 
Erich received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He was awarded his Masters in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
 
Gary Guenther is a senior vice president, partner, and has served the board of directors at Kidder Mathews. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Gary worked with the real estate affiliate of the Government of Singapore. He is recognized as one of the most successful and trusted real estate advisors in the Puget Sound Region.

Since 1994, Gary has been involved in hundreds of leasing and sale assignments, including corporate relocations, renewals, subleases, acquisitions and dispositions. His market knowledge, relationships, and strategic planning help his clients achieve maximum value and flexibility with all their commercial real estate needs.

Gary is an active member of NAIOP, the Urban Land Institute, and serves on the board of directors for the Bellevue Downtown Association and Bellevue Chamber of Commerce. He previously served as chairman for the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce and president for SIOR Washington State Chapter.
