Jim has an extensive background in business management and human resources having spent nearly 15 years as Director of HR for a large seafood processing company. Jim has been a minority owner in a closely held C Corp, Managing Member of an LLC and Partner in a Limited Partnership so he brings the business owner perspective to his discussions. Jim also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Washington as well as a current certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. In the past Jim has held designations as a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist and Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant.
