    Event Description:
Create Competitive Advantage in by recruiting, rewarding, and retaining the best employees!
Join us on Friday, February 24 at 11:30 a.m. for a 90-minute workshop with brainstorming, idea sharing and best practices information to help you grow your business and improve your profitability.
Products are becoming increasingly commoditized. Services can be imitated or replicated. What is it that truly sets us apart from our competitors?
Its our people! Having an engaged workforce makes all the difference in the world.
    Join us as we discuss:

·Recruiting and hiring – Where do you find the best people? How do you make your business attractive to them? Is there a difference between hiring baby boomers and millennials? (The answer to that one, by the way, is yes!)

·Compensation – How much should I pay? What can incentive plans look like? How do I keep my pay structure legally compliant?

·Pay that is not money – Are there things I can do that will be attractive besides offering health insurance? What kind of retirement plans can I offer that I can actually afford and don’t create a liability for me? Ever heard of a Section 132 plan? What about Health Reimbursement Accounts?
