The marketing plan is your roadmap to achieving your annual business objectives. In our workshop I’ll walk you through the process of developing a 1-Page Marketing Plan. As I describe the process you’ll be developing your own marketing plan. The Workshop will cover:
1) What is a 1-Page Marketing Plan and why we call it a Roadmap
2) Learn about the funnel approach (Biggest idea leading to the details)
3) Developing actionable objectives
4) Choosing strategies to achieve your objectives
5) Adding the details through you tactics
6) Walking away with a 1-Page Marketing Plan (draft)

Scott is a marketing professional with over three decades of experience in advertising, brand strategy, direct and digital marketing. A strategic thinker and problem solver, he has worked with large and small companies as well as a number of non-profits. He is a respected leader that has had the honor of developing brand strategies, marketing programs and design concepts for a number of organizations including, Advantis Credit Union, Josuma Coffee Company, Microsoft, Nordstrom Transportation Choices and Washington Bikes. One of his career highlights was being on the team that introduced cellular phone service to the Los Angeles market.
